Example of an artistic shader that has the ability to make a modulable false reflection of the pupil also called an eye "SpecularHighlight" or "CatchLight".

This project is the most ambitious I have ever done, started in March 2020 and is currently still in development.
The original game published by SEGA and developed by the SonicTeam in 2008 was very advanced for its time and was one of the best games of the Sonic Saga.
Unfortunately SEGA never ported this game to PC and never did a remake, so I had the idea to make it myself.
Right after that many people noticed what I was doing, and soon I found a person to develop the game with me.
I take care of all the graphics/physics aspect (Gameplay) and my friend takes care of adding features (like enemies for example).
Here, 3D models, Textures, Animations, Sounds, Videos are not created by us, but by the SonicTeam. Here our job was to create more modern and optimized shaders, and to code the whole game. (In this case in Blueprints/C++)
This project is not affiliated with SEGA in any way, but I'm allowed to do it anyway, as long as I don't make money with it.

My attempt at baking lights using Lightmass in UnrealEngine4 to recreate and enhance the original game's graphics (3D Models/Textures owned by SEGA) This is a preview, the lights aren't finished
